Priority access to flagship experiences, invitation-only dinners, and year-round concierge. Standalone at $1K/month. Auto-included for 12 months with every trip. 50 members = $600K ARR. Low friction sell to existing relationships.
Custom experiences for family offices, corporate partners, and private clients. No group requirement. Fully tailored itinerary. Higher margin, smaller team. Q1–Q2 play before Monaco to generate proof-of-concept revenue and early client relationships.
Charged events ($250–500/seat) in Austin and key markets. Serve as both a membership benefit and primary new client acquisition. Myrfe already produces these under Pourter. ConciergeTM re-brands and monetizes a proven playbook.
Premium black card programs (Amex Centurion, Visa Infinite, private banking concierge desks) receive inbound requests they cannot fulfill. ConciergeTM becomes the fulfillment partner — handling complex, high-touch travel and experience requests routed directly to us. We service the request. They keep the client relationship. We earn the fee.
The model compounds. Dinner guests become members. Members become experience guests. Guests bring referrals. Every relationship deepens. Client lifetime value grows with each touchpoint — and we already have the first 30 people in the funnel before we raise a dollar.

On founder compensation: The $50K draw is intentional, transparent, and necessary. It allows both founders to prioritize ConciergeTM without financial distraction during the critical launch window. Once Monaco revenue is realized, operational income replaces the seed-funded draw — and annual per-founder earnings from experience margins alone project at $225K+.
We are selectively offering 2–3 Founding Partner positions. Each partner receives equity, a Priority Distribution until 1.5× their investment is returned, and lifetime access — starting with a seat at the Monaco House Dinner.
